Option A — Global floating button (appears on all public pages)
- In Chatbot → Settings, check "Enable global chat widget on all public pages"
- Optionally enter a Widget heading (defaults to "Ask our collection")
- Save — a chat button now appears on every public site page; clicking it opens a slide-up chat panel
Option B — Inline block on a specific page
- Open a site page for editing: Sites → [your site] → Pages → [page] → Edit
- Click Add block → Chatbot
- Configure the block options:
- Heading — label displayed above the chat interface
- System prompt override — leave blank to use the module default; enter a custom prompt to tailor the assistant's tone or focus for this page only
- Allow anonymous users — uncheck to require login before chatting
- Restrict to item set ID — enter an item set ID to limit answers to a specific collection
- Save the page
